Sophie is a true gem! During the 3 months of Sophie's internship on my team(Summer 2016) we worked closely to develop a leadership development workshop based on the concept of Social Intelligence, a topic suggested by Sophie herself. We partnered to create the course content from scratch based on research and best practices, then co-facilitated four sessions to over 80 participants in total - which were all met with rave reviews. Typically interns are not skilled enough in the art of public speaking and facilitation to lead a session, but this was not the case with Sophie. Sophie is creative and smart, an amazing combination of skills. I looked forward to our brainstorming sessions, and was proud to stand with her as a facilitator.
