  This position involves thinking through and helping plan a summer task list with the purpose of strengthening the foundation of the student organization. Tasks include assisting in the oversight of our summer team (research assistants and interns) by scheduling and planning meetings, ensuring the team stays on schedule throughout the summer, and finalizing intern recruitment. Other accomplishments include helping design a new organizational structure complete with detailed position descriptions, formulating a comprehensive timeline describing each task necessary to host our global Flagship Event, organizing recruitment for returning members, and building a 10k budget for the upcoming school year.
