I work closely with 2 other recruiters and our Resourcer, covering the whole of the UK and various international posts, we pride ourselves of the professional and friendly service we provide.

I had to ensure I was delivering outstanding customer service, also locating products for individual customers upon request. I have to deal with a variety of situations in order to satisfy the customer and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I work both the shop floor and tills on a daily basis, so stock work and direct customer contact on the tills. We have regular customers which need assistance while shopping which has helped with communication with a variety of people.
