My role at the RMMSC is to spearhead the rural engagement program. With funding from a private grant, we will extend our educational resources and direct support services across five rural Colorado communities throughout the next two years. As community outreach manager my duties include: - Managing multi-lateral communications with over two hundred individuals per community- Strategic programming to implement two day community forums in each rural community- Conduct research to select communities and facilitate tailored approaches to outreach plans - Cultivate long lasting, trusting relationships among our team and people living in rural communities

Campus Visit Coordinator

Collaborates on a team of five other students to coordinate over 50 student participants within the Campus Visit Program. Specific skills include tour guide management, team development, and student outreach.

Research Lead

Awarded the Nicholas Vasilius Research Grant from the Department of International Political Economy to conduct independent research on the correlative relationship between individual growth and international community service. Investigated challenging subject matter that became critical to the understanding of personal motives for engaging in development work.

As Risk Manager, I facilitated the safeguarding of the internal relations of my sorority. With over one hundred members, I oversaw all chapter risks that may involve safety, strategic event planning, watch care, and chapter stability. I was held legally and contractually responsible for all members of my chapter at social and campus events organized by Alpha Phi.
