I have recently participated in the 'Hack Your Box for a Sustainable Life' online training Sophie has organised, as I wanted to use this session to trigger new ideas and move away from the negative feelings I have around Climate Change. I wanted to channel that energy onto something positive, and I was pleasantly surprised! I came away from the meeting excited with a burning desire to involve my family and take actions that actually mean something! Thank you so much for the needed motivation, Sophie! :)

Working with Sophie was an absolute joy, she managed to pull from us a coherent message about what Helm is and how our customers could perceive it. She facilitated 3 opinionated people and somehow, as if by magic, brought our thoughts into an aligned, clear story. She works in a way that is fun, but driven to results and massively accelerated our time to launch. We cannot thank you enough and hope to work with you again! Engaging people to rethink the world we live in. The 2030 SDG Game is an experiential game simulating what the world might look like in 2030. This interactive game uses the essence of the UN Sustainable Development Goals to provide real context and highlight the interconnections and impact of all our actions, individual or collective, on the world. Whilst playing, participants spend time and money to run projects, dive into a reflection phase on their impact in the game world before linking it back to real life world. Show less

Inspiring & training the "Next Generation" of young entrepreneurs. An ambitious program from Enterprise Nation to reach 10,000 young people annually - and help them realise their dreams, whatever that might be. I am delivering a six-week workshop series, in Reading... for now :). The aim? To teach them how to create a meaningful business, social enterprise or self-employment opportunity for themselves. I help founders and scale-ups to bring to life their purpose by supporting the development of their customer propositions with a strong focus on customer experience. With my work at the intersection of the corporate world and entrepreneurship, I bring energy, passion and strategic thinking. I have the ability to 'see' solutions and generate creative ideas in line with new market trends, putting customer experience at the heart of any new initiatives. I think strategically and can rollup my sleeves to get the job done :). I believe in the transformative power of play and use the Customer Experience Game to deepen employee engagement in operational and service-driven businesses, especially in the Travel Industry, to support transformation initiative to circular models as well as to bring to life CX for Tech businesses. Games can be delivered in English or French. My clients include: - A creative agency which is re-structuring for growth and develop their sales strategy and customer reach. - A new tech platform for which we harnessed their purpose to create an engaging on-boarding process and more. - A technology consultant to create an appealing proposition for his audience, removing all the tech jargon. - A company at crowdfunding stage to develop more collaborations and reach their audience. - I created appealing marketing materials for coaches and health consultants and conducting market research. In short, I enable experts to "speak" their audience's language. I would love to have a chat with you and see how I could help :).
