      I lead, develop and maintain high quality SEN provision across the primary academy in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice, which enables quality teaching and excellent learning outcomes for all pupils.       In this role I worked as class teacher across the key stages. In September 2018, I also became the assistant SENCo. Throughout my career, I have adapted my teaching to a wide range of children with varying abilities and needs.
