Simply put, Sophie is amazing to work with. I have reported to Sophie for the past 2 and a half years on the Pax8 Product Management team in multiple capacities. I have had the honor of watching Sophie grow from an individual contributor all the way to Vice President of our department. Sophie has been a key driver in our departmental growth and scalability as the organization approaches 1,000 employees. She has also led the efforts to better position and prepare our team for international expansion, and even the exploration of new strategic markets and initiatives. Of the many skills Sophie possesses, I truly admire her strong relationship building skills. Whether she’s is talking to a C-level employee or an entry level employee, Sophie can easily relate to either, and build trusting meaningful relationships. I would also like to specifically call out Sophie’s overall business acumen. I have lost count of how many times I have seen Sophie be brought into meetings or conversations with deep complexities where she is unfamiliar with the topic, but quickly finds her way as a main contributor in the discussion. More often than not, even leaving the meeting with more knowledge than most. She is an invaluable piece of Pax8 and we are truly lucky to have her. Sophie is an inspiring and influential leader, that leads by example day in and day out. She puts her team first and supports them to the fullest extent. I am truly grateful for Sophie and her leadership, and can’t wait to see where she leads our team in the near future.

Sophie is a a dynamic leader, who inspires those that work with her. She has an innate ability to solve complex problems and always puts people first. These skills have not only helped the success of Pax8 as it has grown from a small start up to a 500+ person organization, but has also helped her to develop a team of leaders that stretch far and wide across the company. Sophie does not shy away from a challenge, she is excited by the unknown, shaping processes, and asking the right questions. I appreciate her ability to see obstacles as opportunities and encourage others to challenge the status quo if it means improving what we do. Sophie's greatest skill is her ability to build relationships and trust with anyone she meets. She can recognize potential in those around her, nurture and grow that potential, so that she can bring the right people to the table. Sophie's executive presence and welcoming demeanor makes her the type of person people want to work with. I have been supervised by her for the last two years and feel incredibly lucky to have a leader that has invested in my professional and personal growth. She has empowered me to explore various opportunities within Pax8 that has supported my career growth. She is someone that leads by example and because of that someone I admire and respect. I look forward to the future of our department, Pax8, and shared successes with her as our leader.
