  I am in charge of 11 regular swimming instructors, I have increased the number of children we have in our swim school from 480 to 950 in the 4 years I have been coordinating. I've been out on a lot of different out reach events to try and get new members to sign up or try out our leisure centre. I have also put a mentoring program in place for our swimming instructor's so they can buddy up once a week and talk things through with another swimming instructor. I am also a mentor to 2 swimming instructors. Show less
