  Employed by Content and Code working as a Project Manager, responsible for project managing the design and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint systems according to the Agile Scrum methodology. This included managing multiple large scale projects and programmes in parallel. During this time, due to my experience with business process mapping I was responsible for documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, with the aim of improving efficiency within the company.Some examples of projects I was responsible for:Leading law firm: project managing the design and implementation of a bespoke legal case management system. Responsibilities included requirements gathering and analysis, resource management, budget management (up to 500k), stakeholder management, managing a large team (including Developers, Consultants and Solution Architects), facilitating workshops and project status reporting.Leading market research company: project managing the launch of the company’s intranet, to ensure the intranet was launched on time and within budget.Global tea merchant: project managing a large change programme, made up of three core work streams (intranet, consumer website and corporate website).

  Employed by Deloitte working as a Manager within the Enterprise Risk Services department, in the field of technology risk and project risk management for public and private sector clients. Key projects included: UK leasing company: working as a Project Manager for a large IT Platform Refresh programme, responsible for reviewing the current IT infrastructure and advising on the company’s future IT roadmap. This involved interviewing key stakeholders across all areas of the business, performing business process mapping, identifying inefficient processes and areas of control weaknesses, and reporting the team’s findings to Senior Management.Global broadcasting company: spent 18 months working as a Project Manager for a high profile project, assisting with the set up and integration of a new compliance unit into the wider organisation. My key responsibility was project managing the design and implementation of a Microsoft SharePoint compliance system (the system was subsequently awarded a globally recognised Microsoft innovation award).FTSE 100 bank: working as part of the Global Programme Management Office for a work stream of 200 people (and reporting directly into the Head of Risk) responsibilities included managing a team of staff, simultaneously managing a number of projects in parallel, monitoring project progress, preparing Partner level summary reports, training new members of staff and managing senior relationships with the client. Received a Deloitte Outstanding Contribution Award.
