My Home is Disgusting' for C4, plus factual entertainment programmes such as 'Car SOS' for Nat Geo, 'Save Our Squad with David Beckham' for Disney+ and 'Ben Fogle's New Lives in the Wild' and 'Our Yorkshire Farm' both for C5. o Negotiated and advised on production agreements for contributors, presenters and talent, access and locations, consultant and production services agreements. o Advised production teams on rights issues, copyright clearance, and compliance with the OFCOM Broadcasting Code and broadcaster policies; o Advised on broadcaster’s terms of trade and availability of rights, and negotiated the terms of commissioning and development agreements; o Negotiated and advised on production financing arrangements and tax credits suitability; o Prepared guidance notes in relation to areas such as child licensing, filming in hostile environments, data protection and duty of care policies for contributors; o Carried out programme legal and compliance viewings; o Responsible for allocating legal and BA workload amongst junior colleagues, corporate legal teams and external counsel; and o Conducting production ‘set up’ meetings to advise teams on legal and compliance issues that may be relevant during production and to communicate company policies.
