Assist in the development, implementation and review of health and safety strategies, systems, plans and procedures, while ensuring compliance for Thiess to legislative requirements. Health, safety and environment monitoring, auditing and reporting. Review and undertake site inspections and hazard reports. Investigation skills include interviewing, ICAM’s, critical analysis, case management, preparing detailed reports for the board and communicate learning’s to the workforce through presentations and meetings. Ensuring health & safety performance data is effectively collected, stored, analysed, tracked and reported according to internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Develop, mentor and manage site-based HSE representatives, leading hands and supervisors.
