  I have had a lot of retail and customer service experience over the last 5 years. From starting fresh in hospo doing dishes right up to learning how to make Barista coffee and pour the perfect pint. I have come along way since then and my favourite thing in hospo is making a perfect coffee. While I worked for an organization called Teleservices, I did Market Research, as well as collecting donations for Charities. I worked along side Fisher Funds at a place called Phone plus.   I did Market Research for 3 months on behalf of DairyNZ and now I am currently doing fundraising for multiple different organizations. I have the desire to make a difference and during my first campaign I gained $2400 in 5 weeks from 86 people and achieved the record for the most donations gathered within a certain time frame in one day from cold calling the general public. I am a dependable team player with a proven track record of service excellence, as well as a good communicator who is genuinely warm, empathetic and can naturally engage with all ages, despite sometimes being handed difficult and emotionally charged situations.
