Alongside this I am an Editor for Bat News Magazine and The Young Batworker, BCT's members' magazines, support Volunteer Bat Roost Visitors as Lot Coordinator and am project lead on the Volunteer Bat Care Helpline - helping to manage volunteers workloads alongside my own. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, I have excellent communication and team-working skills and am able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. While working as a midwife I was promoted within the year from a Band 5 to Band 6 and am also UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative trained.
