      I very much learnt on the job in this role. For each event I liaise with AV and catering companies in venues across Europe, China, India and America in order to get quotes for each specific event. I then ensure these meet with each events budget. I have organised the building of conference rooms in exhibition halls, worked with caterers to create bespoke menus for our delegate lunches and networking evenings, as well as co-ordinate our complimentary evening networking events. I have traveled with each show as the onsite management for the catering and AV build and the live event, as well as co-ordinating up to 25 temporary staff in the different areas.
