  I have done an in-depth-patient-experience-research at the dialysis clinique at Aarhus Universitets Hospital. Here me and my project partner have conducted in-depth interviews with the patients and observed the daily routines through out the clinique. This research was used to come up with concepts for improvements, based on the needs found through the research.   In the beginning of January 2019 i worked at the Hospital in Hjørring conducting research about: How it is to be a patient in their emergency department. Here I observed and conducted interviews with patients to map out their journey through the emergency department. Here i was mainly a waitress, but i was also packing cakes and gifts, cleaning dishes, selling, making coffee etc. This job has taught me a lot about working in a stressfull environment, working with people, sales, service, hosting and collaboration.

Because I was the only employee working with communication, I am so lucky that I got the title as Communication Manager. I worked both with internal, external and graphical communication, with newsletters going in and out of the house, books for the employees, giftcard design, flyers for the tables etc.

  I worked with the company Anna Bonny who creates mastectomy patches for women who has had breast cancer. Anna Bonny wanted to investigate new services to offer to cancer patients, so I helped them design two turban prototypes for their collection of products. These turbans were made with carefully picked natural and organic fabrics and fillings to be comfortable and able to wear for women going through chemo therapy.
