Sophie is an excellent events coordinator who shows tremendous commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes with finite resource. I worked with Sophie on organising Motofest Coventry in 2019; a weekend of non-stop cultural celebration and motoring madness! She displays an excellent passion for any task she is given and always gives maximum effort to seeing it through to completion. Sophie directed this passion into ensuring that Motofest Coventry 2019 was a tremendous success. Sophie is also not afraid to try new things. I think Motofest was the first opportunity for her to ride a motorcycle...! I have no doubt that Sophie will display her unique determination and skill to any future projects or organisations she finds herself involved with.

I worked with Sophie on the sponsorship of MotoFest and was impressed by her resilience, tenacity and tremendous organisation skills, all with a smile on her face. I am looking forward to working with her and the team again in 2023.

My role entailed planning and implementing the social media campaigns and marketing items for the improvement of the brand's recognition, after their company re-branding. Increasing the company's recognition with their B2B and B2C audience was through increasing the engagement and interactions online. Along with obtaining new clients through writing weekly blogs and attending both public and corporate events with and for the business. I managed the Press Tent, escorted camera crews, organised and managed interviews for the press to meet artists and handling Pit Runs with photographers. This helped me to develop my communication skills and confidence in a new environment.
