Commercially, I’m involved in cultivating new relationships and analysing their financial viability for DF, and work on commercial terms with new partners. I'm heavily involved in the employee lifecycle, being the main point of contact for all staff on anything ranging from general queries to more complex cases. I also oversee our staff benefits and events, ensuring we remain a supportive and positive place to work for all our team.
