  As a store manager I have developed my skills with a demanding & highly important contracts. As well as gaining experience with the general runnings of my own store. My main role as a store manager is the sales within the store, gaining high sales and commission for the company. When starting with the managerial role I was a floating manager, covering store's & given the target to keep targets on track. After 4 months of being with the company I was given my own store, with the success of meeting targets and gaining a higher margin than previous months, I was then given a brand new store and building the success for a new store and gaining customers with a solid reputation. Working closely with networks such as EE, EE business, PG Mobile and SKY. I have gain experience with different sales techniques, whilst dealing with the importance of contracts and the importance for handling payment details and producing a legal contract. I have gained even more experience with dealing with consumer & business contracts with the different details that are needed for each customer, whilst providing great customer service. I have also gain huge experience in face to face and telesales sales.
