OOUX is utter brilliance! It quickly and precisely models how people think, work, and interact with our world. And Sophia is a captivating teacher. Her learn-by-doing workshop was invaluable, leading us through simple principles, methods, and tools to create astonishing clarity, alignment, designs, requirements, and communication for teams and apps. By the end I KNEW these methodologies and was confident I could apply them. Sophia is a consummate professional, doing deep research beforehand and speaking the language of our domain from our worldview the moment we began. So, if you are considering OOUX or Sophia for an event or training, don't hesitate. You and your clients will be forever grateful you did.

Sophia and I have technically only "worked together" for the span of a day, but I feel entirely comfortable recommending her solely on the basis of her creation and advocacy of the Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) design methodology. If you're a designer or otherwise need a way to effectively collaborate on core, structural design concepts with audiences that cross the spectrum of non-technical to uber-geek, OOUX is a game-changer. Four of us attended Sophia's OOUX workshop this summer, and it remains easily the most valuable training dollars I’ve ever spent. The workshop was fun and engaging, and Sophia’s passion for this topic is infectious. We came away so energized we fired up an impromptu object mapping session with a client not even 24 hours after leaving our training. Since then, we’ve continued to apply what we’ve learned, and are seeing ongoing dividends for designers, developers, and business stakeholders alike. OOUX is a power tool that you need in your toolbox, and I can't thank or applaud Sophia enough for developing it and sharing it with the world. Plus, she's a cool chick and I'm pretty sure I'd dig chatting UX and noodling over design problems with her on the regular (if only Madison and Atlanta were closer!).

Sophia, is one of the most thoughtful, intelligent, and high integrity individuals I know. She and I worked very closely at RewiredUX while I was in ATL. To say that I was fundamentally shaped by her mentorship would be an understatement. Excited to recommend her for all and any UX related work!
