In my role as the Business Performance Specialist supporting the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), I monitor and validate the revenue performance of EBU products and conduct deep dives into outliers. I also monitor and validate the non-financials interrogating any outliers whilst linking the trends to the effects of Commercial activities. I have developed visualizations of the above (Financials and Non-Financials) in Tableau for easy monitoring. These visualizations are sent to my stakeholders so they keep an eye on their numbers.I developed a profitability analysis for Vodafone Business Africa(VBA) and National Communications Backbone Company (NCBC) and published them on Tableau giving my stakeholders an insight into the Contribution Margin and EBITDA of these businesses to help them make effective business decisions.I am currently working on profitability models for EBU i.e. Mobile Profitability, Fixed Profitability, IoT Profitability, Inbound Roaming Profitability, Channel Profitability and Customer Profitability. These models when completed will give us insight into the revenue and cost components of the EBU function whilst informing stakeholders of the Contribution Margin and EBITDA of their products helping them make strategic business decisions to save costs and increase revenue.I use Data360 Analyze to build my analytical models and use Tableau to visualize my output bringing more meaning to my analysis.I have completed a course in Data Science for Financial Analysis to help me understand and use python for my revenue forecasting and data analysis.
