  I am responsible to drive training road map for the different channels through curriculum design and deliver accreditation progammes with IBF and SCI. I work extensively with internal teams and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain accreditation for the programmes. I conduct product and soft skills training for the Financial Representatives. I need to be aware of any new regulatory changes and to incorporate such updates into the Ethics, Rules & Regulations courses. I am also updating the Training & Competency Plan for Singlife with Aviva direct sales channel.
