As a collogue she is very well liked and inserts positive energy into her surroundings. As a professional she is eager to learn new areas & understand what she is doing in order to excel in that task. She has furthermore shown strong administrative and organization skills and is also strong when it comes to performing training with her colleagues. Giving Sophia a task means that I as her manager could let it go and did not have to follow up on completion – it was always completed as requested.
