Lucid is a medical education and communications company; I had a key role in supporting an accounts team on three projects. In particular, I focused on Rare Diseases including Phenylketonuria (PKU) and Mucopolysaccharide types IV and VI (MPS), however also undertook work in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis and Oncology. My role involved writing status reports, analysing and reporting on survey responses, statistical analysis, liaising with HCPs, financial scoping and preparation of budgets towards the organisation of symposia, conferences and manuscript production. I gained considerable experience in writing tasks involving report writing, development of infographic-style slide decks and completed extensive editorial and data quality control checks. I received Lucid's 'Customer Excellence and Diversity Award', which is recognised across the whole company. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word were used extensively. I also provided an office managerial role which headed the day-to-day running of the London office. Show less
