Lindsay Bowditch
Sophia has been my personal trainer and holistic nutritionist for nearly four months – and I couldn’t be happier that I found her! Each workout Sophia develops is tailored towards my personal strengths and abilities. I have a number of lingering injuries that flare up from time to time, and she has always included exercises which help strengthen those areas of weakness. When flare ups happen, Sophia never hesitates to adjust my exercises so I can keep working out safely and stay pain-free (aside from that day 2 workout soreness we all get when we push a little harder!). What I love about Sophia is that she truly listens to her clients. Early on in our time together, I asked about switching the focus of my training program to be more strength-based. She listened and hopped into action right away. My next session with her showed the change in focus I’d asked for, and I was thrilled. Nutrition-wise, Sophia holds a wealth of knowledge which has helped me immensely as I figured out how to count macros, supplement properly, and learned to eat healthier. If ever she didn’t have an answer to a question I asked, she would take the time to research and learn on her own time before getting back to me instead of trying to guess or make up an answer – which is another reason why she is fantastic at what she does! Sophia is always smiling, upbeat, and has an incredibly positive attitude. She is 100% your biggest ally in fitness and nutrition, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to meet their fitness or nutritional goals!

I've been working with Sophia for a little over 3 months, on both personal training and nutrition coaching. She's a fantastic coach and advocate for healthy living. She designs training routines and programs based on my goals, fitness level, and time to spend in the gym. Throughout the time working with Sophia, she's adapted programs to work around old injuries and strengthen weak points to fix problems instead of ignoring them. Very few trainers I've worked with over time have had the same passion for getting me to my goals or the same willingness to go hands on to correct form problems. As I've improved my conditioning and focused on new goals, she's been right there to cheer me along the whole way. Throughout my progression, she would identify where muscles that should be used weren't activating, preventing me from being injured and worked with me on different movements to learn what the correct muscles moving felt like, and it has been immensely successful.
