Soon Yee delivered high-quality work in different tasks that were assigned to her during her time with us. I have enjoyed the time working with her, not only that I was impressed by her ability, she was also a joy to work with due to her positive and willing-to-learn attitude!

Being only a freshman after joining the university life in less than 2 months, Soon Yee has taken up the challenge of joining as event committee in MASA Actuarialogy, a nationwide actuarial virtual career fair. After her interview, we decided to allocate her the role of the Chairperson as we can see the leadership and passion from her. Without surprise, Soon Yee has performed extremely well in the 7-month period! All of us are really amazed by her capability in leading the team, in solving problems and delivering all the plans with little to no guidance. Everyone could work happily together and the team vibe was good thanks to her people management skills. Allocating the Chairperson role to Soon Yee for this event is one of the best decisions I have ever made! She might be the youngest in the team, but she is definitely a strong leader! I have also learnt a lot from Soon Yee and I can only see she will be going places in the future!
