I truly enjoyed working with Sonya on various recruiting activities for positions within my team. Sonya was very thorough in her recruiting process. Not only did she ask me great questions about the roles I was hiring, but she also gave me great backgrounds on the candidates I asked her to recruit. With getting in-depth knowledge of the role upfront, she provided candidates to me that were far closer to the open roles than any other recruiter. Throughout the process, Sonya was highly communicative and very open to feedback. Having this in a recruiter is what separates her from the rest. She operated out in the open which kept me aware of candidates. She wasn't working in a black box sending over random candidates when she found them. I do hope our paths cross again in the future.
