Processed and submitted all total reward invoices to the finance team for remittance. Our department accounted for over 50 million in remittance annually. Assisted management in the development of the yearly employee benefits guide. Processed and updated the service operations procedures for the Benefits team using Microsoft OneNote and Excel spreadsheet.
