  During my second term on the Arizona Governor's Youth Commission from 2022-2023, I served as the Domestic Violence Workgroup Chair. In this role, I lead a team of high school students to organize a speaker series to raise awareness for domestic violence and connect individuals to resources. Additionally, the workgroup drafted and issued a proclamation from Governor Hobbs citing February 2023 as Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention month. Lastly, we conducted a statewide hygiene product drive and put up approximately 50 donation boxes in Pima, Maricopa, and Coconino to be donated to 10 domestic violence shelters across these regions. I served as a phone banker participating in a bipartisan phone banking campaign aimed at raising awareness regarding Proposition 308, in-state tuition for dreamers.
