Victoria Kielty
Knowing and working with Sonya has been an absolute game changer for me as a pharmaceutical writer, and as a person. Her positive attitude is contagious, and every single kickoff/meeting/gathering/brainstorm was made lighter by her presence. I learned a tremendous amount about simply ‘letting things go’ under her leadership. She taught me that Rome was not built in a day (much as I may try to prove her wrong by actually doing it), and that you can always walk away from a difficult problem or tense situation and come back with reinforcements who can help you solve it. With Sonya as my boss, no problem was too big to tackle, and no grievance too small to air. She is compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and simply a joy to be around. She is a diamond in the rough. Bonne chance Sonya!

Sonya is an ideal boss who has all of the qualities you’d desire of a Capitol Hill representative. Her leadership style is decisive, yet inclusive. She’s diplomatic, yet audacious. And though extremely humble, she is widely regarded as multitalented, so both clients and creatives request her by name. Whether the project needs a deep dive into the data or an imaginative approach to the creative execution, Sonya can deliver. Her title may be ACD, but I respect and approach her like an CD. I definitely hope our professional paths cross again.
