  I have over eight years’ experience and worked in various capacities before attaining the current position. In the current capacity, I oversee the day-to-day operational work and enforce strict supervision of all the departments in the organization. My current job description also entails monitoring, surveillance and also ensure the strict adherence of all the market participants i.e. the Clearing House, Brokers and Clients, with the rules and regulations of the exchange. I am heavily involved with the recruitment process and carefully scrutinize each applicant. After the selection process, I also ensure proper orientation, training and counseling to the employee for enhanced performance and development. Assigning accountabilities for each employee coupled with leading and directing employees in various scenarios is another inevitable driving factor that I have learned with time. With the market forces changing perpetually, I constantly study the various internal and external factors and present assumptions and also recommend strategies for the smooth transformation. In an industry of fluctuating fortunes, the review of the progress of the organization is important for the forthcoming days. If we do not know where we have come from, we will definitely not know where we are heading. I enforce the evaluation of each and every assignment and project under completion. I coordinate meetings with my peers and subordinates on a timely basis to generate ideas and discuss on various agendas. I also assign the various tasks to corresponding employees and regularly conduct the follow up on the status. In the organizational hierarchy, since I work a step below the CEO, I coordinate with the CEO for matters related to the employee evaluation, company performance among others. In the absence of the CEO, I usually head the business and initiate important strategies which are urgently required. However, I maintain constant communication with the CEO on such matters. Show less
