I coordinate meetings with my peers and subordinates on a timely basis to generate ideas and discuss on various agendas. I also assign the various tasks to corresponding employees and regularly conduct the follow up on the status. In the organizational hierarchy, since I work a step below the CEO, I coordinate with the CEO for matters related to the employee evaluation, company performance among others.
