There is no manager more capable (at least that I've met) of instilling an environment as open, relaxed, and productive under even the utmost stress than Sonny. His rapport with every engineer I worked with at Viewpoint was impeccable, likely because he took a personal stake in every project. He has the technical skills to point his team in the right direction as well. A not so easy to find combination of skills. Sonny is definitely a leader that cares, has technical chops, and can communicate - a rare breed no doubt.
