  - three (3) years experience in North Sabah Material Coordinator.- To ensure that all the materials received onsite are in accordance to site requirements and to inform the Maintenance engineer, Technician, Support Lead of any shortages.- To ensure that all non schedule and schedule waste are segregated in line with SSPC waste management procedure. The storage, packaging, labeling, transportation and all documentations such as consignment note and MSDS are properly recorded and maintained for audit purpose.- To make sure that all materials or tools used on the platform are returned to vendors or to LSB after used.- Monitor and expedite the delivery of all operations related materials, including spare parts, consumables, chemicals, paints, etc. ordered.- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring/updating of material stock as part of stock inventory management and keep records of all special tools. - Ensure controlled items are segregated and MSDS (Material safety data sheet) are in place for chemicals / hazardous materials received, stored and used on the platforms.- To coordinate with LSB (Labuan Supply Base) for any additional deck space requirement to backload materials from offshore location to shore.
