  1. Manage the governance functions for all Managed Services (MS) providers, including mobile equipment vendors, fibre optics vendors, fixed and mobile genset vendors, etc., according to contracts2. Manage network quality, availability and performance (e.g. SLA, KPI, etc.). Track and verify deliverables of MS providers including SLA/KPI, corrective and, preventive maintenance reports, etc.3.
