The collobaration as 2 area managers working so strongly together connecting The regions and increasing profibility by sharing knowledge, best practices and overall supporting each other by complementing each others strength and opportunitys and by constantly motivating and inspire each other has been one of my most memorable experiences. Sonjas biggest strength by far is her energy and overall talent orientated mindset beeing a True motivator and inspiration to many.
