We have a small 3 acre farm south of Delavan where we raise certified organic vegetables. We specialize in heirloom and open pollinated varieties. Our main crops consist of over 15 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, 4 varieties of kale and several varieties of lettuces. We also specialize in German Red Garlic production; our seed was obtained from a local organic farmer and has been grown in the state of Wisconsin for over 55 years. We are also expanding our heirloom shallot and onion production. Because we are a small farm operation we practice intensive seed-saving and will sell seeds to those that inquire. Vegetable seedlings (small plants) are available in the spring, on farm and through the Brookfield Farmers Market. We also raise, laying hens and Muscovy ducks. We are certified organic by MOSA & USDA. Show less
