  Family Resource Facilitators help families learn a process called Wraparound. Wraparound is a planning and implementation process that results in a unique set of community services and natural supports that are individualized to meet the youth and family's needs and achieves positive outcomes. It is youth guided and strength based with an emphasis on building one's safety net for when all other formal supports are no longer working within the family unit. It helps them prepare for independence and success through appropriate communication of the family's needs and how to continue the process and become a voice of change and perseverance in their communities.
