  eLoyalty was a publicly held, multinational consulting firm focused on customer relationship management and improving business processes. I was initially hired to focus on executive compensation, stock-based compensation and benefit programs; rapidly advanced to become the head of the HR department within two years. My responsibilities included:• Leading and managing the team providing all HR functions to a globally dispersed workforce in this dynamic, complex organization.
