Sonia is a highly knowledgeable and very talented HR practitioner. I worked with her at Cintas where she was the HR manager. Sonia is very professional, friendly and extremely insightful when it comes to all matters of Human Resources. She helped me navigate my new role as a Service Manager as I had recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. She was able to show me how things operated at Cintas, and used a positive yet firm approach of reminding I was no longer on active duty which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Sonia for any HR role within an organization.
