      After joining Collingwood College I was fortunate enough to have my GSK Enthuse application excepted for £12, 000 funding. I worked across 5 schools in Surrey enhance STEM and importance of Science for students and staff. I had the responsibility to also host a Science INSET day where 50 science teachers attended the day across Surrey schools which was a success. I am responsible for overseeing and supporting the tracking and interventions at KS3 and 4 to raise standards of achievement for all students. I have recently written the Science Curriculum map and incorporated careers and STEM features into the new schemes of work for the department. I am responsible for all staff CPD and to maintain links with other schools and industry to provide an innovative curriculum which promotes pupil progress. I won the Young Science 2018 BP challenge. I organised and hosted STEM Days at school for all partnership schools and 7 feeder schools by inviting companies and STEM Ambassadors which was so successful and greatly valued by all students, staff and governors. I promote STEM across Surrey schools by providing opportunities for students to take active part in STEM activities. Working with EDEXCEL exam board as examiner marker. I am a Associate Facilitator accredited by National Science Learning Centre York and Schools Alliance for Excellence. I have delivered training to Primary and Secondary school teachers to enhance their careers and CPD.I am part of Science Network working group SaFE for South East and Surrey area delivering regular network meetings. I am currently working with Primary school teachers to enhance their curriculum, make younger generation aware of STEM opportunities and develop their scientific and practical skills. Show less

I have worked with AQA exam board as A Level Practical Skills Adviser by visiting 10 different schools and authorising them the endorsement status for their centre for A levels Practical module.
