Job Descirption Recruitment: • Sourcing of candidates from various alternate channel i.e. job portals, employee referrals, vendors, job fairs and campuses etc. • Initial screening to shortlist candidates for further rounds and Salary negotiation with short listed candidates. • Handling joining formality like generating offer letter, initiating ee code and documentation part. Report Maintenance: • Providing reports to the senior management as and when required regarding attendanace, recruitment. • Preparing On board data of employees. Exits: • Taking exit interview of employee and try to find out the reason of leaving • Try to retain efficient employees • Looking after termination of employees on the basis of performance, behavior and attendance. • Providing resigned and termination details o the accounts department for F & F. • Handling PF related queries.
