- Collaborate with in-house department directors, managers and colleagues about designing and branding for events and exhibitions. - Study design briefs and produce, print and install printed materials. - Design and produce electronic, printed and digital materials. - Strategize, design and develop Fleet email marketing campaigns. - Complete assignments through the IssueTrak system accurately.Provide job status and updates to clients, coworkers and supervisor. - Modify designs based on feedback from clients and MultimediaServices Director. - Manage projects, including defining budget constraints, planning design concept, determining print materials and production options, coordinating with vendors, getting quotes, presenting designs to the client, making revisions based on client feedback and meeting the project timeline. - Produce reports as requested by the Multimedia Services Director. - Maintain and organize file structure in server. - Coordinate and review outsourced work pieces to ensure these align withFleet branding. - Mentor Multimedia interns. - Train new staff and volunteers on how to use equipment, including a Roland large-format printer, Konica Accurio Production Press and laminating machines. - Develop web landing pages and wireframes for the Fleet website. - Works closely with the Multimedia Services Director to maintain and protect the Fleet Brand Guide.
