She is also author of several other legal publications such as "The Spanish Supreme Court widens the interpretation of Transfer of Undertakings" (Employment and Industrial Relations Law, IBA Legal Practice Division, September 2005) and "Implications of managers' appointment to the board" (Abogacía & Empresa, May 2005). Sonia is a lecturer on employment law at the University of business administration and Law (ESADE). She is a regular speaker at international employment law forums and has contributed to a good number of publications on Spanish employment law, such as “Remarks to the Workers Statute” (2007-2011) and “The new Dependent Self Employed Statute” (2008).
