Thesis Title: estimation of thermal cyclic load at the combustion wall of internal combustion engine Motivation and purpose: To efficacious reduce the possibility of appearing of cracks by thermal stress on the parts of internal combustion engine, firstly the distribution of thermal stress need to be estimated. Method: numerical simulation Process: 1. Estimation of boundary conditions with MATLAB (temperature, pressure, velocity, density). 2. Simulation with 2D model in star CCM+ and with 1D model in MATLAB. 3. Compare the results of both simulations.
