  Since November of 1994. I performed the office duties, showing instructions and input listings. I prepared and shipped all the mass mail when we created Mr. Townhouse; the loans when we created The Mortgage Works, closer for an out of town Title Company, completed the first closings when we created Olympia Closing Services , closer for LotsLots during our land auctions. As Closing Coordinator and Broker Assistant for Myles through the growth years, I learned about Real Estate, ethics and laws;negotiated with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Brokers and Attorneys. I prepared for audits with the Division of Real Estate and the Department of Banking and Finance; helped our Realtors prepare and supported them through mediation, DBPR and ethic complaints. I created systems in our office, keeping us in line with governing bodies and trained the staff as Corporate Manager. As Property Management for our buildings and Leasing Management of the tenants in our buildings I spent years on the road between all the 9 locations. In the last several years we have sold some buildings and have some leased to a single tenant so I was moved back to the Corporate WPB office where I serve as "Agent Coordinator" in addition to managing all remaining buildings and tenants. This position includes originating the new hire paperwork to add Realtors to our Continental Properties company and to the Board of Realtors, and Sales Associates to Real Estate Universe. Within this area of service I input to our websites, Realtor information, order business cards and name tags; show brief use of our websites and give a general orientation. I manage the Brivo System for our locking doors and issue the key cards and door schedules. I prepare the ads for the South Florida Real Estate Guide; monitor the roster for the companies through the DBPR, RAPB . I continue to support Myles in all of his business divisions and provide input to the media for public relations of our Realtors. Show less
