During this duration I have worked in Medical department for 6 years, 10 months in Operation Theatre and now I am working in ICU department. • Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition. • Providing the general care such vital sign, weight and height. Collect the sample as per required such as blood, urine, x-ray, Sputum etc. • Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures • Providing instant care during medical emergencies, like car accidents, burns, heart attacks and strokes. • Caring the patients with Communicable diseases such TB, Hepatitis, Typhoid etc. • Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications. • Performing lab work and giving complete information to the physician about patient’s condition during anesthesia. • Good experience of scrub nurse during my duty in OT and also worked as a circulating nurse. • Can easily handle the incubated and also ventilated patient in ICU. • Recommending drugs and other forms of treatment, like inhalation therapy, physical therapy, etc. • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
