Employee Welfare & Employee Engagement - Maintaining the cafeteria and introduction of various new games and making the Cafeteria library operational. Initiated English sessions for associates to prepare them for the Baby Kangaroo assessment program. Employee engagement activities for energizing and motivating the staff every Saturday during Saturday meetings which kept them motivated and looking forward to what is coming next. Administrative roles: Statutory compliance-Maintaining and taking care of the various statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc. Vendor Management: Coordinating with the vendors for various events, canteen, security and facility services.
