Paul DeNigris
Something Major - also known as Shon - has been a student of mine at UAT... well, actually, Shon was never an enrolled student in my classes. He's actually an alum of the University who came back to audit a few classes and ended up sticking around for semester after semester. Shon was so committed to the course work and to the projects that I frankly forgot he was "just an auditor" - he became such a fixture in my classes he might as well have been taking them for a grade like the rest of the students. Shon not only showed great skill with the material and an aptitude to learn quickly, but he has the kind of personality that draws other people to him. As a result he worked on a great many projects with the other students and with me, including a massive visual effects project that lasted over a year - a short film called "Fallout." Shon was an invaluable member of that film's crew and his contribution was appreciated by the entire team - students, other alumni, and the professor alike!
