      I am leading a team of 5 students and function as a key mediator between the T&P Cell of the college and the branch. I worked in tandem with the training and placement cell of the university to contact the HRs of companies for campus recruitment and maintaining the effective coordination between students and T&P Cell. My role involves representing the placement related interests and problems of the students of my department to the T&P Cell.
