Somesh was a joy to work with; he was competent, highly committed, detail driven, prompt in his communication and comfortable with ambiguity; when not sure he would ask thought-led questions having tried to find answers first raising the quality of the debate. He was serious about his work while not taking him too seriously making long hours seem shorter! A great find for a strong team.

It was a very positive experience for FirstCapital and has encouraged us to roll out a formal internship programme. Somesh is smart.
