Whether we needed someone to calm down an agent, close an important deal, or talk business strategy with a cohort of "Mega" Agents; he was our man! Not only was he a great individual contributor to the team, but he aspired to lead the Sales organization from Day 1. After a few months of learning the business, Gerald was promoted to Manager of Sales and Customer Service and built up our internal team thru passion, creativity and respect.
